1. Adobe Acrobat® Reader™ is required to read the bulletin and other files that are in .pdf format.  The latest version can be downloaded free from the Adobe website.

2. This site will look best while using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Netscape Communicator. We recommend downloading Internet Explorer version 6.1 SP1, Firefox 1.5, or  Netscape Communicator version 8.1 .

3. This site can use Windows Media Player, Windows Media Player for Netscape Communicator, or Apple's QuickTime Player  to play music. To hear the music you will need one of these plugins. They are free and can be downloaded by clicking on the appropriate link above.
