Sunday, Oct. 1 Altar Rosary Society Communion Sunday will be at the 9:00 Mass followed by our Communion Breakfast in the School Cafeteria. This breakfast is open to all-please join us for a delicious breakfast as well as an interesting and inspiring talk from Sr. Marcy. Back to October Calendar
Sunday, Oct. 1 Annual Family Communion Breakfast - Sponsored by St. Gregory the Great Altar Rosary Society. Please join us for Breakfast  immediately following 9:00 Mass in the School Cafeteria. Tuesday, Oct 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31 The Good Shepherd Bereavement Ministry will begin group meetings at 7:30pm in Bachman Lounge in the Parish Center. We offer a friendly space where strangers who are walking on the same grief journey can come together to reflect on their pain and suffering without fear and are introduced to The New Day Journal to help them find Hope in their time of grief. Thursday Oct. 5, 12, 19, 26 Choir Rehearsal -  Rehearsals on 10/5 and 10/12 will be held in the Church. Bring a friend and have some fun. St. Gregory's Choir welcomes anyone of high school age or over who enjoys singing to participate in this year's Advent and Christmas liturgical celebrations. The Choir sings at the 10:30 a.m. Mass during the season of Advent and at Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve. Sunday, Oct. 15 Farewell Mass and Hospitality Sunday Reception for Deacon Rich and Carol D'Angelo - Sadly, we will say "Good-bye" to yet another Deacon who is moving "SOUTH". Deacon Rich D'Angelo will be the Deacon at the 12:00 noon Mass with Fr. Rich as the Presider. This will be Rich's last liturgy with us. Following the 12:00 Noon Liturgy there will be a Hospitality Sunday and Reception in the Parish Center to give you the opportunity to say goodbye to Rich and Carol D'Angelo!  Back to October Calendar

Sunday. Oct. 29 Community Breakfast and Book Sale - This is our 10th Annual St. Gregory the Great Parish Community Breakfast and Book Sale.  Plan now to be on hand for this terrific event. The breakfast and book sale run all morning following the 7:30, 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. Masses, and are sponsored by St. Gregory the Great Knights of Columbus Council 7677.  Back to October Calendar

125th Anniversary Diocese of Trenton Closing Eucharistic Celebration - Join Fr. Rich and fellow parishioners at this Closing Eucharistic Celebration.  The climax of our Jubilee Year will take place at the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, where we will all come together for the celebration of a Jubilee Mass of Thanksgiving. The Most Reverend John M. Smith will preside. St. Gregory's has rented a bus to help alleviate the traffic flow around the arena. Since there are only 49 seats available, it will be on a first come first serve basis. If more than 49 people wish to go, then we will have a lottery for the seats. St. Gregory's will pay for the bus. The liturgy starts at 3:00PM. The bus will leave St. Gregory's parking lot at 1:45PM and return no later than 6:30PM. If you wish to reserve a seat on the bus, please complete this printable form and submit it to the rectory no later than October 15th. If you have any questions, please call Roxann at 505-0271. Mass of Remembrance -We will celebrate our Annual Mass of Remembrance at 6:00pm. (This fulfills your Sunday Mass obligation). We will remember ALL the deceased buried from St. Gregory the Great Church during the period of Oct. 15, 2005 until October 20, 2006. The Friends of the Shepherd Bereavement Group will be sending invitations to the next of kin for those buried from St. Gregory's Church or those we did a Service at the funeral home. Please DO NOT fill out this form. If you have a loved one who died during the year and WAS buried from a church other than St. Gregory the Great, and want to include their name in the Mass of Remembrance, please complete this printable form, drop it in the collection basket or bring it to the Parish Office in an envelope marked "Bereavement".  Back to November Calendar

Wednesday Dec. 6 Adult Faith Enrichment - "Advent Fire and Symbols of Christmas" at  7:30 PM in the Church,  Presenter: Therese Boucher.  Most people spend all four weeks of Advent buying or making gifts to give out for Christmas.
